# Bedroom Layout Designer

A room planner for checking whether a layout actually fits, with the room, furniture and openings all on the same scale.

Everything shares one workspace state, so moving a door changes the space left for the bed, and rooms support metric and imperial while furniture and openings place, rotate and resize with undo over the whole edit history.

Plans save locally and export as workspace files or PDFs. The tests are around selection and state handling, as that's where a drawing stops being predictable.

## State

A working planner with local persistence, offline support and PDF export, built between December 2025 and February 2026.
